1 Information We Collect

CDL Mastery is designed to work without requiring users to create an account or sign in.

The app may store learning progress locally on your device, including practice results, missed questions, weak areas, flashcard progress, study activity, streak information, readiness progress, and similar learning activity.

This information is used only to provide app features such as progress tracking, weak-area training, flashcards, study recommendations, readiness tracking, and test history.

We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, photos, payment information, government identification information, or account login information through the app.

2 Local Device Storage

CDL Mastery may store progress and learning data locally on your device.

This data remains on your device unless you delete the app, clear the app’s storage, or use available reset options inside the app.

Users may reset stored progress through available in-app reset options.

3 How We Use Information

Information stored by the app is used to:

• Provide practice tests, quizzes, flashcards, study guides, and road skills training.
• Track user progress and readiness.
• Identify weak areas and recommend study topics.
• Show test history, learning progress, streaks, and readiness information.
• Maintain app functionality and improve the in-app learning experience.

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell user data.

We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third parties for marketing purposes.

Because CDL Mastery currently stores learning progress locally on the user’s device and does not require account creation, we do not maintain a user account database.

5 Third-Party SDKs, Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

CDL Mastery does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries.

CDL Mastery does not display third-party ads.

CDL Mastery does not use tracking technologies to follow users across other apps or websites.

6 Permissions

CDL Mastery does not request sensitive permissions such as Contacts, SMS, Call Logs, Camera, Microphone, Photos, or Precise Location.

7 Third-Party Services

CDL Mastery may use standard platform services provided by Google Play or the Android operating system to distribute, install, update, protect, and operate the app. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

If future versions of CDL Mastery add analytics, advertising, subscriptions, cloud accounts, third-party SDKs, or other services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain those practices.

8 Children’s Privacy

CDL Mastery is intended for CDL learners and commercial driving test preparation. It is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9 Data Retention and Deletion

Learning progress stored locally remains on your device until you delete it, reset it through available app features, clear app storage, or uninstall the app.

Because CDL Mastery does not currently require account creation, we do not maintain a user account database for account deletion requests.

10 Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the app and its functionality. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

11 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted with a new effective date.
